1. Our story
Travomate started with a simple observation: every day, millions of people travel between cities and countries with empty space in their luggage, while millions of others wait days or weeks for parcels to clear warehouses, sorting hubs, and customs. The two groups never met.
Travomate Parcels closes that gap. We connect senders with verified travellers heading their way, hold payments securely in-app, and release them only after successful delivery — combining the warmth of asking a friend with the safety of a regulated marketplace.

Our mission is to move parcels the way people already move — turning unused luggage space into faster, cheaper, more flexible deliveries for everyone.
Our vision is a world where shipping isn't defined by warehouses and intermediaries, but by the trips that are already happening every minute, on every route.
3. What we do
Travomate Parcels is a peer-to-peer parcel delivery marketplace available on Google Play, on the App Store (coming soon), and on the web. Through the app, you can:
- Post a parcel with destination, size, and timing in under a minute.
- Receive offers from verified travellers heading to your destination.
- Compare ratings, prices, and arrival times before you commit.
- Pay securely — funds are held in escrow and released only after delivery is confirmed.
- Add optional insurance and follow your parcel's journey end-to-end.
- Earn money on trips you're already taking by listing your route as a traveller.
Travomate acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users — we are not a postal operator, courier, or carrier, and we do not take possession of parcels. The transport contract is directly between Sender and Traveller, with our app providing the tools, safety net, and dispute support.
