Content Creator

You'll own short-form video, photo, and storytelling for Travomate Parcels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — turning real sender and traveller stories into content people actually stop to watch.

What you'll do

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) — typically 3–5 pieces per week.
  • Develop a content calendar tied to product launches, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
  • Capture real stories from travellers and senders — interviews, behind-the-scenes, route-of-the-week features.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice: warm, human, helpful, never corporate.
  • Track what works (saves, shares, watch time) and double down on it.

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of short-form video you've personally edited — links beat resumes.
  • Strong eye for framing, pacing, and on-screen typography.
  • Comfort working with CapCut, Premiere, or similar; bonus if you can shoot on a phone and make it look great.
  • Native or fluent English; Polish is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be briefed, you bring ideas to the table.

Nice to have

  • Experience growing a brand or personal account from zero.
  • Basic motion design (After Effects, CapCut transitions, animated captions).
  • Photography skills for product, lifestyle, and event coverage.

Creative Marketing

You'll lead the creative side of Travomate Parcels' marketing — campaigns, brand, paid ads, and the overall feel of how we show up across channels. You'll work directly with the founders and our Content Creator to ship campaigns end to end.

What you'll do

  • Own go-to-market campaigns for new features, routes, and partnerships — concept to launch.
  • Brief, write, and ship paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) and measure what's working.
  • Shape and protect the Travomate Parcels brand: voice, tone, visual system, landing pages.
  • Run growth experiments — referrals, lifecycle email, push notifications, partnerships — and iterate weekly.
  • Work with the Content Creator to translate campaign concepts into shootable, postable content.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in marketing at a startup, agency, or consumer brand — ideally with a portfolio of campaigns you led.
  • Strong copywriting instincts: you can name a feature, write an ad headline, and rewrite a clunky landing page — fast.
  • Comfort with paid social platforms and basic analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Visual taste: you don't need to design from scratch, but you know what good looks like and can direct it.
  • Bias to ship. We're early-stage; momentum matters more than perfect process.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing a marketplace, two-sided product, or logistics/travel app.
  • Polish-language marketing experience (CEE markets are a near-term priority).
  • Hands-on Figma, Webflow, or Canva chops.
