You'll own short-form video, photo, and storytelling for Travomate Parcels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, turning real sender and traveller stories into content people actually stop to watch.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), typically 3 to 5 pieces per week.
- Develop a content calendar tied to product launches, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
- Capture real stories from travellers and senders: interviews, behind-the-scenes, route-of-the-week features.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice: warm, human, helpful, never corporate.
- Track what works (saves, shares, watch time) and double down on it.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of short-form video you've personally edited. Links beat resumes.
- Strong eye for framing, pacing, and on-screen typography.
- Comfort working with CapCut, Premiere, or similar; bonus if you can shoot on a phone and make it look great.
- Native or fluent English; Polish is a strong plus.
- Self-starter energy. You don't wait to be briefed, you bring ideas to the table.
Nice to have
- Experience growing a brand or personal account from zero.
- Basic motion design (After Effects, CapCut transitions, animated captions).
- Photography skills for product, lifestyle, and event coverage.
