You'll own short-form video, photo, and storytelling for Travomate Parcels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn — turning real sender and traveller stories into content people actually stop to watch.
What you'll do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) — typically 3–5 pieces per week.
- Develop a content calendar tied to product launches, partnerships, and seasonal moments.
- Capture real stories from travellers and senders — interviews, behind-the-scenes, route-of-the-week features.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice: warm, human, helpful, never corporate.
- Track what works (saves, shares, watch time) and double down on it.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of short-form video you've personally edited — links beat resumes.
- Strong eye for framing, pacing, and on-screen typography.
- Comfort working with CapCut, Premiere, or similar; bonus if you can shoot on a phone and make it look great.
- Native or fluent English; Polish is a strong plus.
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be briefed, you bring ideas to the table.
Nice to have
- Experience growing a brand or personal account from zero.
- Basic motion design (After Effects, CapCut transitions, animated captions).
- Photography skills for product, lifestyle, and event coverage.
