1. Introduction

This Prohibited Items Policy outlines the types of goods that are strictly forbidden or restricted from being sent or carried through the Travomate Parcels mobile application (the "App"). This policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and is designed to ensure the safety of our Users, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Poland, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdictions, and to protect Travomate SP Z.O.O ("Travomate", "we", "us", or "our") from legal and operational risks.

By using the Travomate Parcels App, you agree to adhere to this policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. General Principles

Users (both Senders and Travellers) are solely responsible for ensuring that any parcel sent or carried through the App complies with all national and international laws, regulations, and customs requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to transportation, import, export, and safety. Travomate acts as an intermediary platform and does not inspect the contents of parcels. However, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and provide information in cases of suspected illegal activity.

3. Items You CANNOT Send (Prohibited Items)

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent or carried via the Travomate Parcels App. This list is not exhaustive, and Travomate reserves the right to update it at any time.
